The ductwork airs directly horizontal out below our deck. We replaced the exhaust fan once thinking the issue was the damper flap but we experienced the same problem. You guys have done a crawlspace encapsulation and blown insulation into our attic. We have very minimal insulation up in the attic at this time (typical for this type of home built its era) We want to get multiple quotes and see who has the best solution for our home.
