I had an intermittent banging noise in my ceiling that HVAC companies could not diagnosis. It was mysterious. Benjamin Walsh, a drywall expert, cut a hole in the ceiling and told me shimming the duct should solve my problem. And it did! I am really pleased, he was so helpful, nice and competent.
