He did, however, he needed to return to the office to evaluate his findings and put together his plan after talking with his supervisor

What did they learn that was most surprising:
Noah confirmed some of what we already knew and clarified some concerns for us. I am still uncertain that I know the root of the problem. That said, he did a good job of showing us as he went through the home.
