How knowledgeable was the energy adviser
As a HVAC craftsman I can honestly say that the advisor knew what he was talking about and actually showed me all of my problems within my scope of work. Hands down I felt like I wasn't getting cheated.
Did the energy adviser explain his findings
Again he made me feel like a person and not a dollar figure. The equipment he used showed me everything I needed to know about my solutions to my problems.
Was the energy adviser friendly
Out of 5 contractors he was the first to where shoe covers, put down a tarp when entering my space and to even use his own ladder.
How pleased were you with the experience
I will say hands down no other company has shown this type of commitment and dedication to service like home solutions...
What did they learn that was most surprising:
That honestly other companies will sell you a dream quick.
