Hi, my name is Logan! I started working at Complete Home Solutions in January of 2022. In 2021, I graduated from Towson University with a degree in Graphic Design. Before working here, I worked 4 years at Bay Stoves in Edgewater as a Lead Technician and Installer. While there, I learned how to work with tools and with my hands while also learning how to interact with customers to make sure they have a pleasant experience.

I started as a Home Comfort Technician back in 2022 and after 2 and a half years working in that department, in 2024 I started working in the office as the Marketing Coordinator. The experience in the field has helped me understand the type of work we do and makes what I do now easier! When I'm not in the office, I try to get into the field every once in a while to get marketing content from our team while also supporting them on the job. 

In my free time, I love to watch movies (especially in the movie theater) and TV shows and spend time with my wife! 

Fun fact about me: I've been a diehard Baltimore Ravens fan my whole life!

This before picture show us exactly where this homeowner is losing efficiency within his home. The batt insulation that is supposed to be hung onto the wall has all seemingly fallen and is exposing the walls. Without insulation on these walls, they will radiate heat into the home causing it to heat up in the summer.
With insulation hanging from the floor joist, a worn and torn vapor barrier, and open vents, this crawl space was in need of some serious upgrades.
As you can see the insulation has seen better days, and with no vapor barrier, spray foam insulation on the walls, or dehumidifier, this crawls space was in rough shape.
As you can see, this once level area has an old vapor barrier that no longer covers the whole floor. As well as mounds of dirt that have been formed from water under the home
Much of the vapor barrier is ripped up and not doing anything to help their home. Couple that with the insulation improperly hung, everything in this crawl must be removed.
As you can see, our Home Comfort Technicians had a lot of work ahead of them. This crawl space had a torn vapor barrier, a sump pump that wasn't working and open vents letting in the hot humid air in the summer, and cold air in the winter.
This is what the attic looked like when our crew began. The insulation was not close to the levels needed, as well as an open seam along the far exterior wall that was allowing air to enter the home behind the siding. Our Technicians had their work cut out for them.
