Very difficult to get someone to answer questions on materials used, sources etc. could not find drainage pipe within 80 miles.

I called several times trying to find drainage pipe and question on rigid insulation installation question. 1 out of 6 were answered
Sales Process
After deposit it was very difficult to talk with salesman and have questions answered. Told me he would bring drainage pipe down himself, never happened.
