The reason for a Four is TC Hafford did not come and install the system on the Date they promised. After numerous calls and texts to expect on Friday, September 13th they failed to show. I made two phone calls and a couple of texts to ask if they were coming. It was not until 3;00 pm time frame before a rep called and said they were told I was called at 7:00 am to let me know they would not be coming. I RECEIVED NO PHONE Call. I would have given you a 0 for a score but the rep I spoke to worked to get me onto the schedule for Monday, Sept 16. The crew Sam and Jacob showed up and worked tirelessly and installed the system.
