Our Overall Service
Upon inspection, the work appears to be top quality and complete. However, (1) Having to line up and coordinate contractors myself for preliminary cleanup, electrical, and carpentry tasks posed a significant challenge. (2). Not necessarily a big deal, but I and my wife are used to seeing line items priced out individually and not just listed and summarized on proposals and/or invoices.

Travis did a nice job ahead of schedule and communicated well. One thing, the crawl space light bulb was broken and not replaced.
