TC Hafford was recommended by my realtor six years ago when I moved to Maine and bought my 1880 farmhouse. At the time lining my basement with polyvinyl was what was recommended. Unfortunately with last season’s heavy rains my basement flooded. I only wish this solution had been offered back then.
