Josh and his helper were wonderful and very efficient
Call Representative
Appointment was set for 8:30 to 10:30 am arrival. They did not arrive until noon. When I called at 11 am to inquire as to where the crew was, I was told they had to go to another call first but no one bothered to contact me with this information. I cancelled an appointment to be here for the morning arrival which I could have kept, if I had received a call that they were delayed. Not very professional!
Sales Process
Forest was great! He explained the options very clearly and understood my position on some of the proposed options.
Our Installation Crew
Josh and his helper were great. Polite, efficient and he explained what they were doing simply so that I could understand. He also explained the system to me when the installation was done so I could understand how it worked.
The Cleanup Process
Josh and his crew cleaned up after themselves and left the place cleaner than I expected
