Their work and service was excellent. My only little annoyance was that I had decided to meet them at the house, which meant leaving at 5:30 AM and driving 3 hours to get there near the beginning of the 2 hour window I had been given for their arrival, and they arrived an hour later than that window. To be fair, I had told the person who called that I would not be home. However I had no way to reach the office to let them know I would be there, as it was happening on a Monday morning and I didn't know it was happening until the Friday before.
What made you choose our company:
I didn't speak to any competition. We just had a dire need to get rid of water in the basement, and my sister suggested your company. My only complaint was the length of time it took for salespeople to come and then the long wait for the work to get done. We have had water in the basement two more times since your guys came out. The basement work (by your company) isn't happening until next week.
