There seems to be a communication problem between crews and the office. Office schedule a cleanup for Saturday and the crew was told just over the weekend. So they came Sunday morning instead of Saturday. So I spent Saturday waiting and no show. We removed the stairs in the bulkhead so work could be done, but the concrete crew and cleanup didn't have a ladder to access the basement. I happened to have one, so we did that. If you have crews working on the weekend it would be nice to have a way to reach them if there is an issue. Like a no show . The setup crew didn't do the outdie piping but no one passed that on to the cleanup crew except me. They were happy to do it and cleaned up well.

Ad on TV and sales person(Todd) But there should be more coordination between crews. Maybe a check list and turn over notes from one to the other. I also have one of your extension cords that got left behind.
