Sam was kind, clear, thorough, and clean. There was some confusion around a particular downspout location that the sales rep had previously suggested to go in one place, while Sam and his installation crew said would not work. Sam took the time to explain our other options to us clearly and kindly. He is very knowledgeable, and frankly, his understanding of the installation process could be of value to future sales!
