Call Representative
Our job took 5 days instead of 2 so communication with the follow up days was not good. We usually found out someone was coming 1 day before and a few days we were waiting when we thought someone was coming
Sales Process
John was great. Very patient and came out in the middle of the job again to redo some of the original plans
Our Installation Crew
Payton ? And Aaron were great.
The Cleanup Process
Messy job. Dust throughout 3 floors. Still cleaning up including wiping doors, thresholds from dark dirty hands. One day lots of mud because was in and out of house all day.
