Very professional.
Everyone I spoke with was polite and very professional. I knew who the salesperson was before he came. I was glad to receive the packet of information prior to the salesperson coming to the house.
Very polite and professional. He explained the different options without being "pushy"; ensuring that it was my choice as to what would be done.
There was also a second crew that came and were being trained. All the crew members were polite and worked well together.
They even carried away some rocks that were dug up when the drainage pipeline was dug. They did a great job replacing the sod once the line was in place.
What made you choose our company:
Your company was the only one w I could speak with prior to having a representative come to the house. The other companies that had websites wanted me to fill out an on-line questionnaire to tell them what I needed and then they would send me a quote based on what work I wanted done, all without seeing the place.
