This was my first experience with water and basement mitigation and I am so happy I was referred to you all. I didn't know what to expect and honestly it was such a fantastic experience. Communication all around was excellent.
Samantha has been fantastic as was Amanda, they communicated clearly and frequently enough that I felt well prepared and cared for through the process.
Adam was fantastic and thorough in his initial visit and follow up. He was kind, approachable, explained the process well and easy to communicate with via email for follow up question.
Despite an issue with having to reschedule, I am so thankful you were able to get the job done before the end of the year.

I was referred to you all by my buyers broker, Dennis Duggan with Sotheby's out of Bath, ME. And once Adam came out for the quote it was a very easy yes! Honestly all of your employees I have spoken with have been fantastic and my team on site tells me they were respectful, clean and nice as well. All my gratitude to Adam, Mark, Samantha and Amanda and those I don't have the names of.
