Brian Lamper was my service tech and was superb. He introduced himself , was engaging and efficient. He explained what the issue was and resolved it and serviced my unit. He wiPed everything down and was on his way. You can be very proud of how he represents your company. He also spoke highly of TC Hanford as an employer
