We did have to wait a month to get a repair of Sandry, however the service tech you sent, Brian Lamper is by far the best one I have had from your company. He was professional, knowledgeable, and improved the positioning of my dehumider. You should use him as the gold standard for measuring your employees.
When I called a month prior the call rep was not very friendly and when told I had to wait a month to get a leak fixed, made it seem like that's just the way it is.
Brian Lamper is one of the best service reps I've ever had in my home. He took time to show me the root cause of my dehumidier failure and together we optimized positioning of the device so I finally get 60% or lower humidity in my whole basement. The other 2 reps I've had in the past 6 years did not do that.
Found the clog in my device and showed me how he fixed it.
