Job review from Jean And Anita in Auburn, ME 04210 on 09/26/21

We didn't expect the need and expense to change a controll panel.

To give a #5 review I guess we would have to write this after several months from the service given. The service person was well informed on the product and maintenance and took the time to answer all our questions. We hope he will be the one to maintain our unit from now on. We don't appreciate being sent a maintenance rep who is not highly qualified. We depend on this equipment to keep our celar dry and the humidity at a safe leve.

This was fine. Like I said, the rep. was very good.
