What made you choose our company:

TC Hafford installed a sump pump for us 12 years ago. Recently we started having another water issue in our basement, and they were very quick to help us. I've spoken with Lisa in the service group several times (after heavy rainstorms, which affected numerous customers) and she juggled her schedule to get us a technician as soon as possible. She's SO professional and really pleasant to work with! Yesterday I met one of their field techs - Craig Z - and he is fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable, personable, and a real asset to TC Hafford. I don't enjoy having water problems in our basement, but if/when I do I'll definitely call TC Hafford again... and I'll recommend them to anyone that asks!
