Office response great. Technicians great. Salesman for initial assessment good. A couple minor parts of contact were not clearly definitive. Was able to clear up with office staff, and additional email from salesman.

I Looked online and saw your advertisement. I called for consultation and office very accommodating. Prior to assessment I received a packet about basements and other foundation work you do. Very experienced and knowledgeable. I recently purchased and old house and unsure exactly what I needed or expense involved. All required was a SaniDri xp to eliminate humidity, which was good news! Relatively speaking, mine was a small project, and you helped me with preserving my basement and keeping it dry. And schedule for project very timely and prompt.
