Overall, we are happy with the job. There were a few installation issues, and it took a long time, with no followup explanation, to finish the job.

Awesome job laying out the scope of the job
Hardworking, polite. We needed someone to come back, however, to move pipes that were installed directly over two fuse boxes--something that should never happen 1) given fuse boxes are in most basements and 2) it's against most code to run pipes carrying water over the fuse box and 3)
When the job was finished, the crew did a tidy sweep up. We did have cement like mixture on our driveway and the grass near the outdoor spigot. When leaving, the crew promised to come back the following week to install a backup battery and to replace the basement stairs. After two weeks, our own carpenter re-installed the basement stairs because we had not heard from the crew we expected. After 3 weeks we made a call to the company to find out when/where our battery was. We were told then that it had been on back order but would be here by October 9. We should not have had to 1) have our own carpenter reinstall stairs, and 2) have had to call about the whereabouts of the battery.

Overall,impressed with the company and the system installed, but do have concerns about the installation as well as the follow-up that should have occurred (to make the basement entry safe by replacing the stairs), and the lack of keeping us up to date on the battery situation. We were never quite clear on who was managing the job, so our fall back was to contact the main office or the sales rep
