I liked the up front pricing, and the warrantee that stays for the life of the house, should help with resale value. I used to have anxiety every time it rained, and at one point I asked my husband what it must be like to just enjoy a rainy day, NOW I KNOW!!! Thank you! Also, the fact that I was able to get a 12 month zero interest loan was a big selling point for us.
