Kym was a delight and incredibly accommodating. We delayed installation for a few months, first due to COVID and then due to concerns that we may face loss of income. She was communicative and helpful and offered a return on our deposit if we had to cancel. The woman I spoke with in accounting was also great. VERY happy.
Daryl was great as well -- no hard sell, very knowledgeable and friendly.
Both were awesome -- went above and beyond taking down an installed workbench (old) that was in the way, disposing of it for no extra cost. Lightning fast, thorough in their explanations, very nice -- both were great.
Perfect. Looks better than it did.
