Shawn has been with Green Factor Insulation since 2018, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. Formerly a Production Line Leader, Shawn's leadership skills seamlessly transitioned into his role here. As a Certified Installation Expert, he ensures that every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Beyond work, Shawn enjoys the freedom and flexibility his job provides, allowing him to be himself around coworkers and indulge in hobbies like watching TV, taking couch naps, and playing video games. One of his best memories at Green Factor was swimming in a customer’s pool after a long hot day.
