I have a garage with dry wall up and now needing to insulate it.

Whole cavity is filled with outside air that then leaks into the house from around the fireplace/screws from soundbar/built in shelf, etc 2. Where the garage attic meets the house the 2nd floor floor is extremely cold from the wall to ~2.5 feet away from the wall. This affects master bathroom/walk-in closet/laundry room. Gets cold enough and we get frozen pipes as well.

Concern that windows do not have proper insulation. I did try to look behind the trim and did not see any insulation. I would prefer an expert to look. Bedrooms are always colder. You can feel the cold air coming through our entryway door. Any help is appreciated.
