Fall off is proportional with inside temp at about 50 degrees at 0 outside and about 71 at 50 with set point at 74. Main window is 30 years old and rest of replacement windows are 20 years old. Patio door is probably over 40 years old. When new bridge was put in they used a pounding method to sink piles and possibly the vibration compressed insulation in attic and walls. Main doors use spring brass insulation and leak around door knobs and base. Air conditioner is in attic and vents leak in cold weather.
