Comment: Our 3-family at corner of Beechwood Ave. . first floor -Its own old oil hot water boiler has domestic HW with a water storage tank w/ its own circulator. Hot water portion not performing as well a month. Estimator says do 1) an indirect HW Heater Heater 40 Gal pricey solution or go to 2) a natural gas direct vented 40 Gal water heater $500 less solution. 4.5 rooms have 1 full bath, no dishwasher, bsmt Washer & Dryer. 2 to 3 occupants. Putting in a Nat Gas tankless HW Heater was not encouraged/priced out, but we're thinking may make more sense & save more in energy use too.
