Keith Saunders

Keith's job as a Dr. Energy Saver® Certified Energy Consultant is to thoroughly diagnose what is making your home uncomfortable, causing it to lose energy, not to mention wastes money! He then shows you the problems and presents solutions so you can have a more comfortable home and start saving energy and money right away.

Keith has been thoroughly trained and has earned the highly esteemed title "CERTIFIED Energy Consultant" through the Dr. Energy Saver® National Contractor Network.

Before joining Dr. Energy Saver Connecticut, Keith worked in the field of home automation where he designed and installed custom residential and commercial systems that allowed owners to integrate lighting, audio/video, HVAC and security controls right into their remote and TV displays. He is Control4 certified and loves to keep up-to-date on new technologies. His experience in home automation has provided him with an intimate and unique look at homes and their construction. Keith has spent a lot of time working in attics, basements and walls in a variety of home styles which has provided him with a diverse perspective of how a home operates, not only technologically, but efficiently.

When Keith was looking to expand his career and knowledge while still applying his skills in home integration and education in environmental science, he realized that home comfort would be a natural transition. Keith enjoys providing his customers with all the advancements in home comfort that Dr. Energy Saver Connecticut has to offer.  

Prior to this, Keith ran his own production company and spent fifteen years building sound-proof recording studios and producing and engineering emerging talent. He still has music being played on TV and you might spot him on MTV, VH1 and other networks. When he's not spending time with his wife and daughter, you can catch him in the studio or performing with his band.
