Denise Coogan

Denise is the Appointment Center Manager and an incredibly valuable asset to the Connecticut Basement Systems call center team. She has been with our company since 1997, helping create a productive and positive work environment. Denise is a problem solver and is always invested in helping ensure customer satisfaction. She oversees all things Appointment Center, trains new hires, and motivates all departments. Denise enjoys working for a great company and working as a team with her peers and colleagues. 
Denise is thoroughly trained through the Basement Systems, Inc. International Headquarters in Seymour, CT, and continuously provides WOW Service to customers every day. She is a wonderful leader. Denise is married and has a daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family and her beloved dog.
