The Story of Team Basement Systems is a living story the encompasses the American Dream that started with Larry Janesky in 1987. In 1990, within three years of starting Basement Systems, the worlds largest Basement Waterproofing Company, Larry started his first dealer network, recruiting other waterproofing dealers to purchase Basement Systems products, and receive business and sales training. His goal is to make his dealers the most successful in their market place by providing excellent products, comprehensive customer service, sales training, production training, internet marketing and management training.
Today, Team Basement Systems is comprised of 7 highly successful contracting companies, each #1 in their markets, including Dr. Energy Saver, CleanSpace, Total Basement Finishing, Foundation Support Works, National Radon Defense, and MoreHouse By EnerBank.
Here in CT, Larry owns and operates a 25 million dollar contracting business that markets, sells and installs the products and services for all of these dealer networks. We test and prove the value of all our marketing strategies, sales processes and products before we ask our dealers to implement it in their local markets.
